The proposals will be reviewed by our Experts, and we will revert to the Entrepreneurs whose proposals have been shortlisted for further action.  The Experts may decide to levy a nominal fee for the preliminary evaluation. This is to help ensure that serious proposals are sent in for evaluation. The proposals will be discussed with potential investors.  Please advise in the submission if the proposals have been reviewed and accepted by an incubator.  The proposals submitted for review should include a short "Executive Summary".  Kindly ensure that confidential information or information under copyright protection is not included in the submissions in the preliminary stages.
